At Church of the Transfiguration, our community organizes our life and mission through a variety of ministries—each focused on serving the spiritual, pastoral, and practical needs of the community, imitating Christ by the three theological virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love. These virtues are expressed in what Catholic teaching refers to as the ‘Works of Mercy’.
We are proud and blessed for all our ministry leaders and volunteers who have dedicated their time and talent, imitating Jesus’ compassionate love, service, and sacrifice to purposefully live out the call to “love our neighbor” .
